I’m currently working as a Product Manager at Flyzy on improving business travel experience through Flyzy’s Travel Booking platform. My primary focus is to make the platform not only user-friendly but also to enhance financial transparency for businesses. By redefining our flights and hotels flow, we are trying to give a unique user experience tailored to the distinct needs of- Employees or Admin.
Its a really fast moving environment I work closely with our tech and design teams, navigating the ways of b2b startup & product management. My role is not limited to but spans to research be it the market or the user, planning, documenting, team alignment & analyzing performance. Its been a good journey filled with learnings there are always edge cases you missed or bugs that went unnoticed or roadblocks to overcome when strategizing a feature, you learn from your mistakes, re-evaluate, re-design, build, and launch & iterate, make the next feature better & with each sprint you and your team gets a tiny bit better at this job.
One of the best aspects of my role here has been the opportunity to work directly with the founders, which has significantly increased my sense of ownership for the product. This experience is not just about building a product, it a journey into the world of startups & to explore the entrepreneurial landscape further.
I have completed a 6 months internship at MakeMyTrip as a Product Management Intern. During my time there in Adtech Product Team, I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of the Ad-Server, a SaaS product of MMT, where I collaborated closely with tech and design teams to ensure a successful product launch. I conducted user research & requirement gathering, participated in user acceptance testing, wrote user stories and maintained product documentation. Additionally, I supported the product team in various day-to-day tasks, including Sponsored Listing and Inventory Expansion, which led to a significant increase in views.
I have done B.Tech ( Bachelor of Technology) in Computer and Communication Engineering from Manipal University Jaipur having a CGPA of 8.0 . To delve into the product domain, I have done multiple MOOC courses from Udemy and Coursera namely Software development methodologies which was focused on the Agile methodology and Product Management A-Z by Vaibhav Gupta learning the details and skills required for the product role along with courses in analytics about Data Science, Python and SQL. I have also been associated with The Product Folks, a product community to learn and be guided by the best Product managers.
